LiuNian Collaboration prioritizes privacy by design and does not collect any personally identifiable information by default. Because the product employs end-to-end encryption and a distributed architecture, our operational servers do not store user documents, communication content, file bodies, or any encryption key materials. Specific contexts are as follows:

1.1 Local Client Mode

When you use a fully private deployment or offline version, all collaboration data remains within your infrastructure and is never transmitted to any of the Company's servers. We cannot access, view, or collect any content within your workspace.

1.2 Optional Relay Service (Used only to improve network connectivity)

If an administrator chooses to enable the TURN/STUN relay service provided by LiuNian, this service is used solely to assist in establishing peer-to-peer connections (aiding intranet traversal). During this process, communication content is not recorded; only encrypted data packets are temporarily processed, and logs are not retained longer than necessary (typically cleared after the session ends). The relay service is not associated with any user identifier.

1.3 Official Website Access Information (sattwf.top)

When you browse our landing page or privacy policy page, we may record your IP address, browser type, access time, and requested pages through standard server logs. These logs are used only for website security defense (detecting malicious attacks) and basic performance analysis. They are retained for no more than 30 days and are not shared with any third party. We never use persistent cookies or trackers; no advertising scripts or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) are placed.

1.4 Explicit Statement on Information Not Collected

We absolutely do not collect: biometric data, precise geolocation, contact lists, social relationships, SMS messages, call logs, other application lists on your device, or file directories. The LiuNian client does not upload any user assets, nor does it engage in background silent behavior.

2. Data Usage Principles

Since we have virtually no data that can identify specific individuals, the scope of use is limited to:

• Website Security Maintenance: Analyzing server logs to prevent threats such as DDoS attacks and malicious crawlers.
• Aggregate Statistics for Product Improvement (only anonymous metrics, such as download counts for various private deployment versions or clone counts from open-source repositories, which are collected through developer communities and do not involve individuals).
• Legal Compliance with Regulatory Requests: If explicitly required by law and upon receipt of formal documentation, we may provide limited server access logs (e.g., source IP addresses of attacks). Beyond this, we will not proactively disclose any information.

We have never, and commit to never, selling or renting user-related information to advertisers or data brokers for any purpose. Because LiuNian does not rely on advertising revenue, our business model is based on enterprise private licensing and technical support services.

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Cross-Border Transfer

User-Generated Content: All collaboration data, documents, and encrypted blocks are hosted by the users themselves (on private servers or local devices). The Company has no obligation to store them. Therefore, there is no concept of a "cloud data retention period"; users have complete control over deletion and backup strategies.

Website Logs: Retained for no more than 30 days and stored on secure servers located in Mainland China (Guangzhou); no cross-border transfer occurs.

Customer Support Communications: When you contact us by phone (020-37696815) or email, we may record your basic contact information and a description of the issue in order to resolve technical inquiries. These records will be kept strictly confidential and will be anonymized or deleted 6 months after the issue is resolved, unless otherwise required by law.

Additionally, our software product itself protects user data through end-to-end encryption, ensuring it cannot be deciphered by third parties, even during transmission.
